I bought a piece of art nearly a year and a half ago and to date have not received it despite being told at the time of purchase it would be with me in 3/4 months.... and after contacting their customer services, who are utterly useless with promises that they will call but don’t, they deducted 10% from the price despite having my money for nearly 11/2 year’s.... I have spent tens of thousands of pounds with this company and it seems that when things go wrong they arnt interested. I won’t be buying anything else from them as they don’t fulfill their promises..... buyer beware

i have been having a problem for the last few months, now parkwest wont reply to any on my emails, be very carefull of this company, if i only knew then what i know now. once they have your money they dont bother with you, also be sure you take pictures of any art, as this may not be what you bought, i thought pirates at sea was long gone, but not with parkwest, the things they get away with at auctions is crime and they are scammers, i will make it my lifes work to challange any company that try's to rip me off, so people please please be carefull when dealing with this company,

I was on a cruise with Royal Caribbean, and Park West Gallery was there selling art. We bought 5 paintings and one statue at a total price of more than 10.000 USD. It should all be shipped to us in maximum three months. Now they are telling me it could take up to one year. And e-mailing them only result i nonsense replies, not addressing my issues. I looks much like the same story as when I ordered from interioraddict.com about two years ago.
