DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I purchased about $80,000 worth of art from Park West Gallery. One image (which required signature) was supposedly delivered, but I never received it. I never signed for it. This item was shipped through FedEx. I emailed their customer service center, and they advised they would contact FedEx. It has been 7 weeks and nothing but crickets! I have already paid for this art. I have contacted them by phone and by email several times... and still nothing. But they received my payment for the art! Then they advise on their website to allow "up to 12 weeks" for delivery. On another piece of art that I purchased and paid for - I have waited 14 weeks, and the art hasn't even made it to their facility for framing and shipping. But they received my money! This gallery is a Scam! Do Not Buy From Them!!!!

Bait and Switch
We were on a cruise this past September 2026 with Celebrity Solstice, we went to the gallery to watch an auction. We saw a set of pieces that my mom absolutely loved. She bought the pieces for $1100.00. She was charged $1299.00 not the $1100.00 the shipping was supposed to be free. Then when they were delivered she was charged $75 duty when we were told they were duty free on the ship. SO off to a great start with this company.
8 weeks later the first painting arrives. It is the wrong one, the other 2 arrive and they are also wrong. The colours are not the same at all. She ordered landscapes, with fall colours and received ocean scape with blues and purples. So we called, the first lady Janice was really helpful, and said she will look into it. We received an email and were asked to send photos of the pieces. We did that and were told that they will take them back and to exchange them for something of the same price. Why not just send what we ordered. On the invoice the gallery said that the number on our invoice is not one of their numbers??? This is bait and switch and you need to stay far away from this company and when I go on my next cruise I will be letting everyone know that this is what they do and not to buy from them. They are not originals and they are charging inflated prices for photocopies.
Celebrity said they can't do anything for us, so they are going to continue to allow a fraudulent company rip off their customers also. Lesson learned was to take a photo of the items purchased. I swore I took a photo of them but I cannot find it.
Shame on Park West Gallery and shame on Celebrity Cruises.

They have attempted to rip us off. Told us one price and did something else .Will not try to work something out . I have given them $8,000 with nothing to show for it , Will never buy anything from them again or try to buy something . Very disappointed with management and how we ended up being treated

PUBLIC COMPLAINT
PUBLIC COMPLAINT: Seeking Resolution for a $4,500 Artwork Purchase Through Park West Gallery on Royal Caribbean
I am sharing my experience publicly in hopes of resolving an ongoing dispute with Park West Gallery regarding an artwork purchased aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise in July 2026.
At the time of purchase, I was repeatedly assured by the gallery's representatives that the artwork was an original. These assurances were a significant factor in my decision to purchase the piece for $4,500 using Synchrony financing.
When the artwork was delivered, I discovered that the item I received was a duplicate and was not what I understood I was purchasing based on the representations made to me.
Since receiving the artwork, I have contacted Park West Gallery multiple times by email to request a prepaid return shipping label and a full refund. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
I am requesting the following:
A prepaid, insured shipping label to return the artwork at no cost to me.
Written confirmation authorizing the return.
A full refund of $4,500, with the appropriate credit applied to my Synchrony financing.
I am not seeking an exchange, replacement artwork, or store credit. I simply want to return the item and recover the money I paid.
I believe consumers deserve clear and accurate information about the artwork they are purchasing, particularly when making a substantial financial commitment. Customers should be able to rely on the representations made by sales representatives when deciding whether to make a purchase.
I am asking Park West Gallery's management and Royal Caribbean's customer relations team to review this situation and help facilitate a fair resolution.
After making multiple attempts to resolve this privately, I am sharing my experience publicly in the hope that it receives the attention necessary to bring this matter to a close.
I will update this post if the company resolves the dispute.
Requested resolution: Return authorization, prepaid shipping, and a full $4,500 refund.

Beware purchase from Park West!
We recently was on icon of the sea. Purchased art was told we were approved for park west credit card 24 months free of interest. We received 3 free prints for approval of credit card n purchased art. Upon morning of disembarking the ship pulled up to make sure my on board card was charged right. Well.....park west applied our purchase to that card. As you can guess crickets on contact the salesmen at parkwest. Upon calling parkwest in michigan 4 times now they are still working on it not wanting to transfer purchase n now interest onto their credit card. We have purchased in past from them AND NOT ever planning on purchasing from them again. Just very deceiving, dishonest and criminal what we were told n what they actually did and not wanting to make it right. We have sent them all the info. they have ask for to make this right and still continue to be jerked around. Will never recommend them or ever purchase from them again. Also calling BBB on them to report how corrupt they are. Beware any involvementwith this company!!!!

Park West lies, cheats and steals.
My wife and I are ex-patrons of ten years. We did not receive a painting and after 12 months and several phone calls to Park West they asked if we would like to cancel order. My wife said yes and asked for a refund, the customer rep said we could not have a refund only a credit. We made several calls to sales reps but got nowhere. We finally decided to go to a Dallas land auction and find a piece of art around the same amount as our credit and be done with Park West. However when we told one of the sales reps what we wanted we were told there was a 20% rule on credits. In others words you could only use an amount equal to 20% of the purchase price of your new art toward your credit YOUR MONEY your buy a $5000 piece of art you can only use $1000 of your credit toward the purchase, WHO IN AMERICA DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS! Then if you have credit left , as we did they will STEAL that money and tell you IF YOU DON'T USE IT YOU LOSE IT! We finally after several phone calls got a lady that did refund our balance. And finally if you are elderly as we are and you call Park West about buying your art work back they tell you to go to an on-line art broker BIG RED FLAG! Buy your art on-line in the first place, RUN AWAY FRON PARK WEST. True story from 10 year ex-patron of Park West.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! I “won” $500 towards a painting on my cruise. They knew exactly what I had bid on and informed me that I needed to come back at nine and to bring the voucher. When I went back, they said that unless I would have bid on an actual signed Thomas Kinkade that voucher was no good. They said that they told me that when I received the voucher, but they did not. I even asked other passengers if they had heard them say that and all everyone that I asked said no.
I feel like it was a classic bait and switch. I was angry and in tears when I left the appointment. I had to look forward to getting my paintings all day, as I had bid 350 for a reproduction of Thomas Kincaid. They told me that that was the auction special so it did not count as something I could get with the $500 credit. These people are shady as all get out. I was embarrassed because I had told my friends and family I had
Won.
Do not trust this company. It was on a royal Caribbean cruise. The auctioneer’s name was Daniela and I believe the gentleman that assisted me was named Thomas. (Not sure about the name). Do not go to their art show or purchase anything from them. If you do I have a feeling you’ll be very sorry.

Park West completely mishandled our frame.
We specified our frame requirements on a NCL ship with our print 4/15/2026 which were small, light, modern match colors in print.. We were shipped very heavy, large, garish, gold like frame for a museum. It was completely inacceptable. We asked Park West to compensate us for their. They offered 20% of our cost. It was a complete miscommunication and unacceptable. Wendell Covalt Redondo Beach, CA.
