Paradise FibersReviews of paradisefibers.com

I discovered PF's after receiving my first spinning wheel last August and went online looking for places to buy fiber and other related goodies. They have a fantastic inventory and best of all is their shipping rates and the speed of delivery, for instance their super saver $5.00 rate always arrives in a few days (WA to MO). I love their "72 hours up to 72% off" online sales. The customer service is unparalleled, I "thought" something was missing something from one of my orders, with one quick call it was taken care of....oops.....I had to call them back because I was wrong and the item was there. Every order is always correct and packaged well. It is so rare nowadays to find such wonderful customer service and attention to detail from business', I would and have recommended PF's to anyone!

Paradise Fibers has become my "go-to" online resource for yarn - and everything else related to my fiber projects. A major plus is their customer service - top notch! They contact you right away if there is a problem with a particular item - if they don't have it in stock they immediately order it and will follow through with notifications and updates. The store accepts PayPal, which is huge for me as I prefer to use PayPal for online purchases. Another plus that sets Paradise Fibers apart from their online competitors is that the staff are truly knowledgeable about the products they sell and will provide a lot of one-on-one phone help with assembly, etc. - old-fashioned, lo-tech support that is fast going extinct. I also appreciate their purchase-points system and promotional freebies. The freebies are useful, good products - not junk! I just got a Lantern Moon accessory holder as a promotional item, that has become one of my favorite doodads. I give this store my highest recommendation for anyone wanting to find supplies and support for their fiber-related products.

The order arrived in the promised time. The quality is and the overall I am happy with the transaction.

I was visiting Spokane in July so set up an in store pickup. I had some separate orders to bring back to friends. It got quite complicated but Paradise Fibers sorted it all out perfectly for me. Very grateful. I shall return and recommend them to others.

I purchased a pair of your combs based on your "how-to" video. You were absolutely right-- I needed combs (and not cards) to deal with a beautiful raw Icelandic fleece I've been struggling with. Amazing what happens when the light bulb goes on! These combs are beautifully made and just the thing to produce clean, spinnable fleece!

Ordered from them and (they tell me) their supplier closes for several weeks in the summer and so they couldn't ship. If this is true, they might try posting that on their website so that a customer could choose whether they want to wait or not. Then, when I asked for a refund it took another full month (2 months from the time of the original order) to get it. Not happy. Doubt I'll ever use this company again.

I had a deadline for a gift knitting project and ran out of a specific color. My local yarn store couldn't get it for me again, but Paradise Fibers came through! They had the yarn and got it to me quickly. Thanks so much! You saved the day!

paradise fibers customer service is amazing. i called them about my last order and my concern about the colors of a yarn i liked. computer images of color don't often show the shades well. the man who answered the phone actually compared different skeins of the same yarn and described the various colors to me. i picked one skein and was delighted with my purchase. the shipping cost was minimal - a big plus! thank you for your great customer service, discounts, and low shipping costs!!!
