I was really excited to hear (via email) that Paradise started working on my shipment within just minutes after I placed the order. I needed the fiber as quickly as possible. The only negative about the entire experience was that I requested USPS Priority Mail, but the order was shipped via UPS and came a couple of days later than I expected that it would, if it had been shipped Priority Mail. Fortunately, the shipment arrived fairly quickly and was exactly what I had ordered.

The website was very user friendly, although I really appreciate when you can narrow your search within the search. In other words, if I'm looking for a DK yarn, but then would like it to be machine-washable, or self-patterning colors. Otherwise, it was very easy. I received my yarn in the mail super-fast, really amazing. Haven't had to deal with any returns or customer service issues yet, so don't know about that, that's the only reason I stopped at 4 stars. The free shipping, and frequent free shipping offers rock! The yarn I received was a new one for me, colors were exactly as expected and the yarn is yummy to work.

The service seemed fine, no glitches and I got the needles I wanted and prefer.

I love getting personal assistance whenneeded. Always great products & good service.

I was happy with the product and the service. The only comment I have is that the website said free shipping and it gave a code. The order form site would not take the code so I ended up having to pay for shipping. Otherwise...I would order again from this site.

In general my experience with Paradise Fibers had been good. They offer excellent products and usually excellent service, often next day service. However, a recent snafu has been a problem, I order Louet brown merino, the advertisement said 100 pounds were available, I also ordered shetland, and another type fiber. I ordered 3 pounds brown merino in separate orders on 7/17/2014. Paradise Fibers representatves contacted via e-mail and advised that some of the items I back ordered were on back order. On 7/18/2014, I talked to representative who advised the brown merino was not available, It still indicated on your web site that it was available. I told your representative to cancel the brown merino to send the rest of the order. She said she would credit my credit card for the deleted items and would get the rest of the order out and that I would receive an e-mail regarding shipping and changes right away. It is now Wednesday, July 23/2014 and I haven't heard a word. What is going on?

I initially stumbled on the Paradise Fibers website on a quest to find some knitting needles that I wasn't able to get locally. I ended up purchasing the needles I wanted after viewing one of their YouTube reviews. I was happy with my purchase and received it a lot sooner that I would have expected considering the distance. I have made several other purchases through their website, and have been quite happy with my experience with them. I would recommend this company to anyone :)
