A fabulous yarn and needle store. Excellent customer service.
This is a wonderful store with exemplary service and customer relations. They offer a huge range of yarn brands and varieties; and a wide arrangement of knitting supplies. And they have videos to show how to use their products. I love them.

Great company to work with!
The customer service at Paradise cannot be beat...friendly, fast, helpful and conscientious. Great service on internet ordering is NOT a myth because I have found it here.

Superb service and quality.
Paradise Fibers is one of the best yarn shops I have ordered from. They are always quick to ship or get back to me if there is a problem. They are friendly, always helpful, and have convenient online chat. Love this place!

Luv,luv,luv ♥ ♥ ♥
My new BFF! Best prices ever......delivered to your door!.....never had a bad experience and have loved everything I have ordered from them. I would love to go to a fiber festival, but by the time I take off a day, drive, pay for gas and tolls, pay to enter, and then spend money,........much better to shop Paradise Fiber, and in just a few days a package is waiting for me.....and I have never paid shipping......it has made my spinning hobby very affordable........ Thank you Paradise Fiber.......✂ ♥

Dear Elise, Thanks for sharing! We love your input! We all put a lot of though and work into all the different aspects of the shop so we love to hear the good, (and always need to hear the bad). If you ever have a chance to come to the store on an event day it puts many fiber festivals to shame, and free food. I'm happy to hear that you love your fibers and you keep your spinning affordable! Thanks again for taking time out your day to give us a review. Have a lovely day and good luck with your next project! Sincerely, Morgan G.

Fabulous service, quality merchandise, amazing variety
Paradise Fibers is my "go to" online yarn shop. They have the fastest delivery time at the lowest cost, a wide range of products for knitters, crocheters AND spinners, have a reward system for purchases, and they deliver it all with great care. I was able to visit the store while on vacation, and the physical store is amazing, too. If you live near here, you are indeed fortunate! If not, order online, and it will be at your door in just a few days, packaged with care. :)

Marvelous products and service
Paradise Fibers is usually the first store I hit when I need anything spinning, crochet or knitting related. It's a family owned company so while it's not in my local area, I'm still helping a community/small business. Paradise Fibers proves that just because it's a small business doesn't mean there's any sacrifices in quality, selection or service.
