Ok, but not great
They have a lot of basics and a nice points reward system. However, lots of items are often out of stock or need to be ordered; and, it says you earn points for reviews, but I have never received points for any reviews. Details on items is sometimes sparse or lacking. Website has many annoying popovers for offers, reviews, suggestions, etc. Just let me shop already, and give me the points promised. Frequent sales on items people actually want, or free shipping are maybe the best things currently.

Dear Melissa, Thanks for sharing, we need and love honest reviews, it lets us know if we or our suppliers are doing the best that can be done. Thank you for helping us to know what we need to focus on both on the site and with our suppliers. We are actively working to improve the functionality of the site and ordering. Regarding our points system we have had people abuse the review system and we had to revise it so reviews no longer receive points for reviews posted; however, you should be getting some goodies like coupon codes if you respond to a solicited review, which includes your order information. We aren’t trying to hold out on points so if you would like to contact us directly we would be happy to work with you. Thank you again for taking time out your day to give us a review. Sincerely, Morgan G.

Great one stop shopping for all your fiber needs!
This spot is a must see for anyone that loves yarn! They cater to any budget you have it is a welcome place not at all highbrow or intimidating as some boutique style shops can be. Oh and their Madeline tosh selection is outstanding !

Dear Gerda, Thanks for sharing! we like to think of here as the Wonka of yarns, endless rows of lust worthy yards. We all put a lot of though and work into all the different aspects of the shop and welcoming is important to us too. Not all of yarn users are looking for boutique and we are here for them! Thanks for your review, we love to hear the good, (and always need to hear the bad). Thanks again for taking time out your day to give us a review. Have a lovely day and good luck with your next project! Sincerely, Morgan G.

fast and easy
I needed specific yarn for a project and couldn't find it anywhere. My local shops in Massachusetts didn't have all the different colors I needed. I started searching online and Paradise Fibers had everything I needed. I ordered on Saturday and my yarn came Wednesday. Outstanding..Washington to Massachusetts in just a few days. I'm ready to knit. I'll definitely order from Paradise Fibers again, or maybe take a long road trip west.
