Great customer service
Paradise has a great selection of products and supplies. I broke a part on my spinning wheel and they ordered it very quickly for me. I also love the free shipping and points program. This is my first stop when buying for weaving and spinning

Dear Jane, Thanks for sharing! I hope your wheel is now fully up and running! We love your input! We all put a lot of though and work into all the different aspects of the shop so we love to hear the good, (and always need to hear the bad). Thanks again for you review and sharing what you like! Thanks again for taking time out your day to give us a review. Have a lovely day and good luck with your wheel! Sincerely, Morgan G.

Fast Fast Fast
I have now ordered from Paradise Fibers twice and both experiences were great. Once it had to be over the phone and the person was incredible easy and pleasant to deal with. The other was online and went like a dream as well. Shipping was fast too.

wonderful customer service!
I'm always happy to find just what I need and, at a very nice price. They always exceed my expectations because shipping is so reasonable and fast. I love knowing that if I wait (my terrible procrastination) to order something almost last minute, then I know within a couple days my order will arrive.

LOVE the way you do business!
I loved the service I received - from the fun and quirky e-mail status updates, to the beautiful muslin carry bag containing my new swift - which works wonderfully! Very happy with the whole process and the product. I'll be shopping with Paradise Fibers again and again, I'm sure.
