If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a Christmas present from them when it came it was child sized and cheap tacky charms. I raised a complaint and they asked to return it for a full refund. I explained I had already paid postage and to return to China tracked would cost £18 . I went through PayPal to raise a complaint. I returned the item the beginning of January tracked. I had little to no contact from the company. The bracelet was returned and has sat in customs for three months and they won’t collect the item. They’ve kept my money and return postage. They are a scam using algorithms and advertising with the Pandora name. They need to be investigated for fraud

Haven’t received by package place order in December now it’s march.call me and want return by call or refund my money.

Mistakenly order thinking it was real Pandora, emailed within 10 minutes of ordering to cancel the order was told it was too late already being processed. They sent the items, I then had paid £14 to return them the next day. Now they keep saying they have not received that was nearly 6 weeks ago. Have sent all the evidence to them, but continue to say not been delivered. Fuming! Is the understatement. Now I’ve got the fight to try and get my money I’ve lost. Do not use this company honestly feel I’ve been scammed by them.

If I could give zero I would. Like others I was caught trying to order from Pandora. Immediately relaided my mistake once I received the email confirming the order and tried to cancel but you have to do this within 15 seconds of placing the order. I Immediately set about processing a refund and was told I had to received items first. I sent them back in original packaging almost immediately after they were received. Tracking to China cost 20e. Not a mind they shipped from a warehouse in Dublin. The item is now held in a warehouse in China awaiting duty and Pangama are stating they won't process refund until they receive the item in their processing site. I've consulted and tye duty seems to be their responsibility. Unless they pay it goods will be shipped back to me so I will be another 20 e but will then need to file an issue with my own card company to show I have attempted to fulfill the returns process and that this SLEAZY company are not following through. A terrible company who are taking advantage of pandoraassociatoon by ensuring they are the first option when the search engine returns results. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Still waiting...........avoid this site at all costs.........no sign of item and customer service is shocking

I was well aware that this was a knock off for pandora but they had the Italian flag heart charm I wanted that pandora no longer carries. 26$. No problem. Quality is fine as I don’t wear my bracelet all of the time so it should hold up ok. HOWEVER, when the package arrived, I was surprised to see two additional items in the package. One was a dog with a bone charm, and the other was a bracelet with a safety chain and a little dangling cat charm. A.) I have a dog but have never considered getting a dog charm, and B.) I did not need an additional bracelet as I have two already and I don’t have a cat. So I pulled up my credit card bill and lo and behold i was charged SEVENTY SIX DOLLARS for the order! 27$ for the heart, 47$ for the bracelet and somehow the dog charm was free. I certainly did NOT order them to put my order over 69$ to get free shipping (I never spend more to get something free…I'm smart like that). Im currently exchanging emails with them as they are claiming that indeed was the order and I can pay return shipping (to china) to get the refund on the bracelet. I told them I would NOT be paying for shipping and as I charged it on my AMEX, I'm disputing the charge as fraud because it is.
