Ordered 3 charms one with photo , slightly longer delivery and did contact company and got quick response back. Wanted the 3 different charms for wife and she was pleased with them all . Had read some of the other reviews but I did not have bad experience and happy with purchase

Like many here, I ordered Pangama charms thinkng it was Pandora. I emailed to cancel my order but it was too late, I had to wait to receive my order. Waited about 4 weeks maybe 5 to receive them, expecting the worst charms ever. I received them today, I was so surprice to get very cute charms and good quality. Worth the wait, they came in a very cute and elegant box. I would recommend this product just be patient and order way early. 😊

Like many I ordered from this website thinking it was Pandora. I immediately tried to cancel but received a fairly prompt email saying that if I wasn't happy with the products I could return them. I was really worried that I had been scammed and from the other reviews i was afraid that the items would arrive being poorly made or not arrive at all. My parcel landed today and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The charms I ordered feel weighty, they are stamped as sterling silver and appear to be just that. One of the charms I got was a roller skate with some colour on it and it is so cute, very well made and a great size. It looks similar to me as other novelty pandora charms my daughter has (although i couldn't find anything similar on the pandora website itself). I also got two clips charms and they appear to open and close securely although I haven't tried them on the bracelet itself yet as they are a gift. They did arrive in a lovely gift box, only one despite me ordering several charms but actually I had a similar experience with pandora when i order off them before so maybe its standard to to just recieve one gift box, it might be a point for the sellers to make that clearer at checkout. Delivery takes a bit of time, mine took 3 weeks exactly to the day so that's als9 something to bear in mind. Anyway if ,like me you arrive here to read reviews after making a mistake ordering, my advice is to not panic and hold judgement til it actually arrives! I was pleasantly surprised.

I initially thought I purchased from pandora like many others but actually the products arrived today and are actually quite nice. They fit on a pandora bracelet too so that's fantastic. My only criticism is the cancellation process is non existent and returns at your own cost but I would like to put at ease concerns that it's a scam, it's certainly legit just the customer service process needs addressing. Overall, I'm happy with the product in the end, thanks.
