Pangama JewelryReviews of pangamajewelry.com

I returned my purchase in August and still cannot get my refund. I've sent proof of tracking to their department and I keep getting automated emails saying they will refund me when they receive my return. (Tracking has confirmed that it arrived in August)

I have order thinking this is a Pandora clearance or something because the logo and the name is so similar. So I and up spending £50 for a bracelet and waited for 3 weeks to deliver. The quality is really bad and feels so cheap. Very disappointed. When I google search for Pandora this site comes up first and then the site itself doesn’t have the option to rate the products or have a proper customer service.

Would give 0 stars if this is an option. Realised too late like many others this is a scam site and not the original expected store. Cancelled within 60 seconds of placing the order and got a notification that it was "too late" to do so despite their clear statement that orders placed can be cancelled within 15 minutes - it states this on the email confirmation and in their FAQ which is clearly disingenuous. I am expecting I will not hear anything from them based on these reviews and I am out of pocket significantly and will sadly not have the funds to buy something genuine.

I purchased myself some Pangama jewelry charms for my Pandora bracelet and now they have started discoloring and tarnishing. I will never purchase another item from them because they are not sterling silver. They are a good price but bad quality.

It’s a scam website, DO NOT purchase from them. They pose as “Pandora” using google ads, to put themselves at the top of your search. The real Pandora website will appear below and that’s the catch. They hope that you’ll buy personalised jewellery before realising you’re on the wrong website. Once the purchase is made they will hide behind their “terms” saying that personalised pieces cannot be returned. I tried to cancel my order within an hour of ordering which is plenty of time before any jewellery would have been made but they refused to cancel. They want to push it as fast as possible in to the post so you’re stuck with their cheap garbage. If you’re reading this REPORT them, don’t let any others fall victim to the scam.

Appalling service! This site is designed to look like Pandora and I made a mistake thinking I was ordering with them. As soon as the order receipt came through I tried to cancel using the link which didnt work and I raised a ticket with customer support and also via their contact us link. I tried the cancel link again and it worked this time but was a couple of minutes after the 15 minute cut off (deliberate design?) Customer service came back asking for my order details which I sent straight back but received no reply. I chased it again and was told customer service can't help at all and I have to wait until the goods arrive and then send them back to China paying all shipping costs too to get a refund. I very skeptical at this point that they will even acknowledge receiving them back and will decline a refund. Buyer Beware!

My Mum accidentally bought from this site because she googled Pandora and clicked on the wrong website and just assumed that Pandora get their charms from Pangama ~ she is 79 years old and spent £60 on two charms which arrived late for her Granddaughter’s 18th Birthday and are tiny and cheap looking so reading the reviews below I am expecting them not to fit, not to last and no refund… instead just more money to pay for postage to China so I’m not doing that!!! Really angry upset and kicking myself that I didn’t order for my Mum 😤Clearly a scam and con artist business 😡DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
