Arrival very late after a few emails. Items were nice however.

I just got my bracelet and 2 charms that I ordered. Bracelet and charms are beautiful. Only problem is can't figure out how to open the clasp to put the bracelet together. No, instructions on how to do so, you go to their website, no instructions on how to do so on there either. I just want to know how to open the d*** thing!

My husband ordered this by mistake thinking it was another company ordered before xmas but did not arrive until 13th January, nice item and fits my bracelet, would not order from this company again.

I'm not sure how I ended up on this site as I clicked on an ad saying Pandora clearance sale. I placed my order and didn't notice until the next day that the PayPal invoice said Pangama. Thought maybe it was a branch outlet. On the upside my order arrived within a couple of weeks. If you're expecting Pandora quality you will be seriously disappointed and frankly for the price ( even on clearance) IMO they are way overpriced. I do have a costume jewelery Christmas bracelet that I wear to work so these will be going on that. So not a total loss for me but I will not be ordering again from this company. Cannot in good conscience recommend.

I placed order December 4th it’s now the 15th and I have not received order. The email sent to me that it shipped with tracking information is not working it doesn’t give me any information. So I don’t know if I’ll ever get my order Well it’s now Dec 22nd still no order still no one returning my calls and the email support is absolutely no help it just keeps giving you the same answer. Time to dispute FYI your customer support doesn’t respond unless you have a different contact all has been useless

After waiting an age for three charms to arrive from China I've got to say. There not bad. What I didn't like though was the company paying Google to put there site up first when people type in Pandora. Yes I am one of many that didn't look properly. Underhand tactics from Pangama and I'm still left feeling conned!

Still waiting for order to arrive, made mistake got wrong company, May regret it, Will not make mistake again

Pangama is NOT Pandora but in my search for Pandora Pangama came up looking as if it was Pandora so I ordered through them. Delivery slow and they are not a UK company and the quality is inferior to Pandora. I feel cheated. If you want the genuine Pandora be careful
