What a divine blessing and profound joy it has been for me doing business with Panama Hats Direct! I just received the first of two custom-designed hats I ordered from them - a Fino Montechristi Trilby with a 3.3" - 3.5" full small curled brim, and it is absolutely gorgeous! It is artistically constructed with highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. As beautiful as this hat is, I can't wait to receive the 2nd hat I ordered - a Super Fino Montecristi Optimo, also with a 3.3" - 3.5" full small curled brim. Not only are Panama Hats Direct's hats beautiful, their customer service is exceptional. Prior to ordering these hats I had several questions regarding their hats and hat bands, and Panama Hats Direct promptly and articulately responded to all of them. I have also ordered several hat bands from them over the years, and they were likewise, of the highest quality.

Just got my Classic Fedora Montecristi Fino Fino. Just excellent and worth the wait while they made it. It is my first Panama hat, so I did my research on quality differences, prices, terms used, and companies. All my research led me to Panama Hats Direct. I must have exchanged 5-6 emails with the Manager, William. He was always a gentleman and answered the questions in detail. The measuring process is accurate, so follow their instructions. Highly recommend this company and their hats.

I was a little hesitant to do so because it is a significant purchase to be made from a foreign country for a product I wasn't able to see/touch/try on ahead-of-time. I received my hat yesterday and I must say it is a sweet looking hat. I ordered an inexpensive hat because I wanted to check out the sizing and the size is just right. I plan on ordering a custom made hat in the near future for the summer and will perhaps do so in February. A brief word about their customer service: they were excellent. I was a little nervous over shipping but alas it was all for not. The hat arrived in excellent condition and in a reasonable amount of time.
