DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not accept returns. I ordered a wall hanging that cost $169 and can return it in the original packaging (and perfect condition) but they won't let me. Ordered 1 week ago. Just did not look right. I never imagined that they did not accept returns. Second post after reading company reply: At no time during the purchasing process was I notified that my purchase was not refundable or that it was a final sale. I will update this review if Permaheart makes any concessions after “consulting with their team.”
