Thank you for letting us know. We're so sorry to hear that you're not pleased with the item received. However, in our description on the website, we did note that the item is printed on two side and it's not 3D. We also include a video to show you how it looks like. Once again, we apologize for this inconvenience.

Hi, We're so sorry to hear that. However, we didn't see any email from you and the chat might not work at that time. About the payment, this was an error from PayPal as we didn't charge or receive any additional money. Please kindly check your balance to see if the money was actually deducted. The pending payment should disappear soon. We hope you can check again and update in this review. Thank you so much! Update: If everything is good now, can you please edit the star reviews? We're so sorry to hear that there was no response to your email but sometimes it was not delivered :( Hope you understand.

Hi Ray Loveless, Thank you for being so patient. We know you're disappointed but please note that we still need time for production regardless of the shipping method you choose and it will not include weekends and holidays. Your order was finished and shipped on Dec 13th and is expected to arrive tomorrow. It only takes 6 days in total for production and shipping time. We've sent the tracking information to your email so please help us check it again. Thank you for you understanding.

Thank you for letting us know. We're so sorry to hear that you have not received the order. Please let us know your order number so we can check again for you. The normal turnaround time for blankets is about 12 business days so if it's still in our timeframe, please wait for the tracking to be updated. Also, you can reach us at [email protected]. Hipe to hear from you!

Thank you for letting us know and we're really sorry to hear that. Normally, we still need time for confirmation and production regardless of the shipping method you choose, which will not include the weekends. Your order should be ready to be shipped after about 5 business days, not counting the day you placed it. Therefore, if the item is not sent out in our time frame, please let us know and we will definitely refund you the money for the express shipping. Once again, we truly apologize for this unhappy experience and hope that we could make things right for you!

Hello We are really sorry that you have had such a bad experience. We understand that you are frustrated and would love to help make it up for you. However, please note that, our blankets are customized but we didn't see any personalization in your order and didn't hear anything from you about changing it. In this case, the best thing we can do is to offer you 20% refund and 20% discount for your next order. We are doing our best to make it right for lovely customers like you. Thank you for being patient. Lots of love - Pamaheart
