Customer service experience with this company has been horrible. There is nothing on the website or in your order confirmation that states the battery ships separately. It wasn’t until my order arrived missing items that I called and was told they ship separately. I was lied to by the rep, who told me they would arrive in two days. I wasn’t given a tracking number for the additional items. They never came, so I tried calling and escalating my concerns. The person on the phone told me they can’t give me a tracking number and they can’t contact or transfer me to a supervisor. I ended up calling my bank and filing fraud charges because this company made me feel completely scammed. It wasn’t until my 5th phone call, an email to support, and fraud charges with my bank that Paiseec responded to my concerns and mailed me the missing battery. However, I was told the accessories were out of stock and would take a month to arrive. Again, zero communication to me as a customer about any of this upfront. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The scooter itself is nice but dealing with their offshore customer service is not worth the hassle.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you described, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused you. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. If you’re willing, could you please share your phone number and order number with us? Once we have that information, we will review your case in detail and work to provide you with an appropriate solution as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right.
