Have found this company to be timely in delivery of orders. They also provide good information on the scooter. I bought this extra battery as a safeguard for travel.

Great Portable Scooter Excellent performance, speed and portability. Can be gate checked at the airport. Downsides are seat cushion is too thin and the rubber floor mat is loose and can be lost, which happened to me. Floor mat needs to fastened with velcro. But Paiseec is is sending me a new floor mat.

Wheelchair is very light and I am able to get it myself without help.

We purchased the wheelchair for our 90 year old Mother to make getting around easier. Once we received it and tried it out we found it was a little too large to make the turns into several rooms. Unfortunately we had to return it. The chair itself was of high quality, looked good and was well made. Customer service was very helpful with the return process and made the experience positive. I would recommend this chair and if I need one in the future I know where I would purchase it.
