Write a review about a different company. The company I wrote was originalpaintbymumbers. Was contacted by this company and I apologize since I have no experience with them. Do not use oroginalpaintbynumbers.

Hello Carrie, thank you very much for your reply! Unfortunately too many people mistake us recently for this company. It's very disappointing since we are always very concerned about our customers. We'll be happy to see you in our family next time))

I was told that I would get my order from 12-28 days and I've been waiting more than 28 days now. I have not had a shipping status for over 2 weeks now. I have tried contacting them and the customer service was super nice but not very helpful. I asked what the status of my order was and all they could say was that I should not worry because it will get there soon. I just want to know where my kit is and if it got lost I want my money back.

This is a real family-feel company. They respond promptly to all questions. I’ve received my paint by numbers quickly and I love the quality. I bought the brush set because they feel better in my hand but the brushes they supply are pretty good too.

I have made 2 orders 88723 and 88745 on April 8 as gifts for my 2 mothers for Mothers Day. A friend ordered paintings from here and said they were really fun and great quality. I am so excited to receive them as both my Mom and my mother in law have never painted before. At 73 and 78 years old, its wonderful for them to try something new and fun amid all of this Covid crisis. I hope you are all well at Paint by number and staying safe. Its a scary world right now. Looking forward to ordering more kits once these arrive and my Moms have found a new fun activity to embrace. Stay safe, Patricia

Just ordered mine last week, heard it would be 20-30 days 😿 if I paid for the faster shipping, how much time do I save? When should I expect them?
