This is my second buy. When I received my canvas it turned out that the canvas was wrong while the paints and instructions were what I’ve ordered, the canvas didn’t match. I emailed customer service and they did such an amazing service by replacing the whole box no questions asked. Definitely will buy again. Such great customer service indeed.

Extremely pleased with my order. Came in about 4 weeks as promised. I was very pleased the painting was already on a frame and it included the paint and brushes and a varnish to coat it after it was finished. Other companies I ordered from did not include the frame or varnish. I will definitely order again!

This is my second order from the company. Was very happy with the quality of the first one. Ordered a second paint by number and Also a Paint by diamond. It took a month to get to me because of the overload of deliveries from the Post CANADA during COVID. Unfortunately although the packaging of their products is extremely good, cardboard box and bubble enveloppe , CANADA Post managed to go through everything as well the canvasses! So had 2 slashed canvasses. I contacted The company and related the stories with photos and within a few hours was told a new order would be shipped to me right away at no charge. So 5 stars they get as they were not to blame for any of the issues. Can’t wait to try the Paint by Diamond, might be my new favourite hobby!

Took forever to deliver- never got back to my emails in a timely manner. Was happy with the product when it finally showed up.

Ordered 5 different items, and all received in very good condition, and ready to unpack and paint. They are already on the wood frames and come with all the paints, brushes, varnish (to protect paint after you're done), as well as the hardware to hang it. You also get a copy of the paint-by-number black/white itself to use as a reference, and an 8x10 colored photo of your completed painting, so you have these both. We paid the $5 expedite fee and received our shipment in 3 weeks. Had our first ladies night painting party last night, and although looks overwhelming when you first look at it, once you get started, it's all good. It will take us a few fun painting parties to finish them, and we are looking forward to the fun times together to take our mind off all the covid negative stuff.

During the outbreak I was worried I might not get my package or that it would come damaged. The business was prompt and very transparent on the shipping process and the items showed up flawless. Truly professional quality- I tried both diamond and paint by numbers and both products were amazing. Very happy I waited for them, and you will be too.

We were looking for something to do during our isolation and found Paint by Numbers. It's so much fun to do together through the pandemic. We didn’t know what to expect and are having so much fun working together on this painting and it looks like we painted it ourselves.
