PaintVibe.com - Paint By NumbersReviews of paintbynumbers.shop

Great quality product and excellent service.

Great customer service! I recently inquired about an order taking a long time and it turns out it was another company pretending to be this one. So frustrating, but PaintByNumbers.shop was very helpful and I ended up ordering something from them!

I love this painting that I have ordered 5 more. I am currently working on the purple butterflies, I am three quarters of the way done. I will post when i am finished.

I received my painting. It’s amazing. It took one month to arrive but it’s ok considering I am in Colombia. Great product. BE CAREFUL AND BUY TO PAINT BY NUMBERS.SHOP. I tried by mistake other firm and was terrible. A confusion in the names of the webpage. A lot of similar names. I received what I ordered and in perfect conditions! I am very happy!!!

The BEST paint by numbers company out there! Excellent quality, customer service, and fast shipping. I have ordered from other companies and have been sadly disappointed. Paint By Numbers Shop is the only way to go!

Yay! I finally got my paintings! I ordered four paintings and they took about two months to get here. If I had not ordered several paintings from this shop before, I would have quickly canceled my order, but I waited. I realized COVID-19 had surely affected all businesses including this one, but that was a long wait. I did send a message and got a quick response back saying that my paintings were out of stock but would be “on the next shipment.” But, I had no idea when that would be. I was about to give up and sent them a scathing message asking for an update or I would cancel my order. Not 10 minutes later the doorbell rang and there were my paintings! I quickly messaged them back and told them I had received them. I’m giving them 4/5 stars not because they took so long, I understand that. I do think that the communication could have been a lot better. I never received any indication that my order had shipped. On the day I received them, I checked my account on their website and it said, “Unfulfilled” and it still says that.” So, I would definitely ask for better communication. Otherwise, I’m thrilled as always with my order!

Very helpful customer service.

After reading many reviews on this website, I was pretty sceptical on the authenticity of this website. However, it was a different website with a similar name to this one. It is very unfortunate because not only does originalpaintbynumbers.com steal from you, they are harming other genuine businesses and I can only hope that this is resolved swiftly. Onto the actual product: it is amazing. My room looks so much better than before. The painting can brighten up any room, and I find myself itching to paint more. Best of all, it is like a template, and you can customise the painting to your own tastes like blending in shades and integrating contrasting colour combos. It is highly addictive, albeit time-consuming. When the second semester ends, you bet I'll be back for more!
