Simple site, helpful staff and good looking product.

I'm delighted with the results and the overall experience. They were very reachable, made sure my art was right and good to go, the delivery times were correct, and the quality is excellent! Definitely recommend printing your boxes with them.

We started a monthly subscription service and I was told this a great resource for boxes. We're a few months is and so far it's been great. I did need to adjust for production and shipping times but very positive experience

I am extremely happy with how my order turned out. I provided some less than optimal files and the customer service automatic email provided options to improve them. Which I thought was great. Then, an actual human (Bree) contacted me to follow up to help. She was super thorough and clear with all of her instructions. It's obvious to me Packlane wants to make sure everyone's orders turn out as best they can. The timing and all the updates were also fantastic. The final result looks amazing and I'm super happy with the whole experience.

We have been ordering from Packlane for approximately 3 years. We have placed consistent monthly orders during that time and have always been pleased with the quality of the boxes and the price. Within the past few months, we have gotten a new Account Manager named Cate Gooch. Cate has by far elevated our experience with Packlane and goes above and beyond to try and address any need we have. Her responses are always timely and personable and we are very pleased with the service we have received from her. Every business will experiene hiccups from time to time and Packlane is no different. It's how the business responds to those issues that matters, and Cate's help with any problem we have is what makes the difference. We will continue to be faithful customers.
