Extremely disappointed with my experience with Ozarké. After waiting over 8 weeks for my order, I finally received the wrong item. Instead of resolving the mistake directly, customer support asked me to re-ship the incorrect item back at my own inconvenience before they would send the correct order. I cooperated, repackaged everything, coordinated the UPS shipment, and sent the item back as requested. After all of that, I still only received 50% of my actual order. Customer support has now gone silent despite multiple follow-ups and escalations. At this point, this has been: * an 8+ week delay, * incorrect shipment, * additional work pushed onto the customer, * incomplete resolution, * and now complete lack of communication. For a company positioning itself as premium, this customer experience has honestly been unacceptable. I am still waiting for the remaining part of my order and a proper resolution.

Cant express what a shame this company is. I ordered 6 outdoor lights and as a "custom order" to have them made with a dusk to dawn sensor installed we agreed to a 30% mark-up. No shipping info sent while I was waiting and 7 weeks later the fixtures arrived with no sensors installed but rather a cheap digital timer that im expected to install. I asked for my $ back as they didn't fulfill there promise and I was told no. Customer service is useless as they have an office that sounds like its outside by a train station every time I call and have to wait to hear from their manager that is overseas. Do not shop here, terrible experience

I will definitely be returning to shop at Ozarke. I ordered two of their lamps, and when I unfortunately had to return them due to delivery issues, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and patient. Buying home décor is always a big decision, and experiences like this make me trust their brand even more. Plus, their design is absolutely superb.

The website is clear and easy to use and item was shipped and delivered quickly. I’d give 5 stars for that experience. The product itself is honestly disappointing. For price point feel very cheap. I would not buy again.

I recently ordered four floor lamps. They are beautiful and EXACTLY as described. I had a technical issue with two of them and the customer support was phenomenal. They promptly responded to my concerns and asked me to submit pictures and a video. I did and they had it reviewed. The quickly replaced my lamps!! I was so pleased to do business with a company that stands behind its products and values the customer experience!! I am a customer for life and highly recommend them for your lighting needs. What an awesome product and great company!!
