OzarkeReviews of ozarke.com

I dislike these reviews with ratings, they seem to imply criticism when you rate anything or anyone below the top rating. I don’t have anything to criticize, the order was processed fine, the order arrived exactly when it was supposed to, the packaging WAS top level, the product survived a blow to the cartooning, everything was fine. Quite extraordinary actually. I think my 4 could be a 5 if the product was more substantial and worthy of what I consider high quality. It’s very good quality, but not extraordinary or exceptional. The floor switch is a nice touch but the cost of manufacturing a $250 light fixture like this is more aligned to a $100 retail pre Covid era. I get the tariffs but sheesh! Overall a nice lamp for my needs.

Ordered light switch dimmer switches which are beautiful and well made. The two way switches didn't work for us and we tried to exchange them for three way switches but never heard back from sales department. Either way they made us pay for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee even though the switches never came out of their packaging. Would never work with this company ever again.

Outdoor lights are poor quality. Black Finish faded and rusted. The LED's and power supplies burned out on 5 of 7 lights bought. Just out of warranty so company would not do anything expect give discount to buy more junk lights. Why would I do that? I decided to buy parts and reuild them bc I liked the style and had holes in my siding that are specific to them. I come to find out that the lights were not made with outdoor rated LED's or power supplies. At over $200 each, I expect better than a light that only lasted 1.5 years.

This company admits admits (via email and customer service) thier website pictures are not An accurate representation of thier product. If you order from them expect to get a slightly different product from what they are showing on thier website. They are very decieiving and not to be trusted. The product I received was clearly different and they tried gaslighting me into thinking that it isn't. Now they want to charge a restock fee and return shipping for a product that is only slightly similar Not the actual product. And when you call you'll be speaking to someone in the Philippines not Texas like they're trying to assume. This website claims they manufacture in Texas and it's a bold lie. The products come from China and they are very cheaply made. Having to pay a restock fee for something that isn't what they're portraying on thier site is diabolical. They use very loose terms on thier site in order to deceive the consumer. Buyer beware. They are a very shady and decietful business. Do yourself a favor and ignore the positive reviews because those are not to be trusted. O stars if I could.

Lamp is gorgeous, screws provided did not work for assembly, way too short. Had to head to department store to find appropriate screws. Taped wire to side of leg to hide the wire. Maybe should be something incorporated into design 3/2/26 received a call from customer service where they apologized for the inconvenience, and notified the warehouse of the issue. They also provided a 10% refund for the added expense of having the buy my own assembly tools/screws.

Great products - ordered a floor lamp that has great style, and really nice quality - heavy brass, looks beautiful in my space. I had questions about the lamp and Ozarke smart lightbulbs during my shopping process and reached out to Ozarke via email, and the team was very quick in responding and gathering the information I needed. I bought the smart lightbulbs, and really love that I can dim the bulbs and adjust color for my space. Would definitely buy again!

Received the product and the bolts that hold it together do not reach the platform that they need to be attached to. Useless now.

I was skeptical because I’d never heard of Ozarke, but I took a chance and it paid off! The beautiful wall panels I ordered were delivered within 3 business days and showed up in great condition. Our installer used these to cover one full wall and did so in less than 2 hours by himself with no previous experience. They’re beautiful!
