The only reason I'm not giving a 1 star rating is that the product that we ordered was good quality for our project. Couldn't place order via their website - I had to talk to a sales rep via telephone. Poor shipping, tracking website didn't work, very slow response to emails and voicemails; outsourced freight company was horrible. We spent hours on the phone trying to resolve multiple issues with the shipment. Elevated to a customer service manager, who answered with a scripted response. While it didn't impact us, note many comments online regarding rigid and expensive return and restocking policy. I definitely won't order from them again in the future.

I could not find the wall mount kit for one of my Svelte lamps and Ozarke customer service addressed the problem super fast. They sent me the missing parts the next day free of charge. Great experience!

Customer Service was prompt and efficient. I haven't installed the decorative backplates yet but from what I can tell they look quality.

First time customer. Ordered a pillar lamp. Loved it so much I ordered another of the same lamp and a new lamp tripod for my den. Communication about order and delivery met expectations.

Worst experience regarding returns. These people charge return label and restocking fee. So my 300 order was refunded 250. The lights I bought were extremely dim. Not what I expected. Won’t be shopping from them…ever. And, hopefully people stay far away. You want to charge return shipping? Np. You want to add garbage return fees on top of that. You lost me and hopefully others will heed the warnings.

Do not recommend this company. They falsy advertise that their product will be shipped in 1 - 3 days which is not accurate. I placed an order 9 days ago that has still not been shipped and they are very hard to reach to check in on the status. No response to the form completed on website and awaiting a response on an email to see what the status is. I order over 50 lights from different companies for a new project and all had much better customer service and delivery

Avoid at all costs!!!! They claim that they have hassle free returns, but when you actually have to return their product, it is anything but hassle free. Very deceptive advertising! Once you are ready to return, then they will direct you to their return policies which are not listed on the product page. Their heavy pendant lights hang by the wire and do not have a proper rod to support the weight. If you are like me and purchased a product because you want to support a Palestinian owned business, do not make my mistake, as this business might be Palestinian owned but it lacks the ethical framework when selling. They sold me pendant lights which were falsely advertised. Additionally, when I tried to cancel a heavy chandelier that has not yet shipped, they refused to do so and gave me only one option to wait for delivery which is projected months in the future and then return it and take a 20% loss through the return. Incredibly disgraceful!
