Just received my first order, a lamp shipped through UPS which arrived damaged. After providing pictures of the damage and speaking directly with a person of importance, name Lian, he resolved my concern immediately. I have my replacement and the company was able to file a damage claim.

I had many questions about a light I have been considering ordering from Ozarke, and I contacted their customer service, and have been working with Annafe regarding my questions. Annafe has always been very quick to respond. If there was a question Annafe was not able to answer immediately, Annafe informed me of this, and then contacted Ozarke's technical team to get an answer and then inform me. Very slow shipping. Unfortunately "fast shipping" which they are committing at their webpage is a urban legend. They were not able to meet committed shipping timeframe for my order. They confirmed 1-3 days processing time... right no it's 6 days and the order is not shipped. Company did not provide any update or communication on this order.
