OzarkeReviews of ozarke.com

Great product with impressive quality. Minor issue with customer service, but it was addressed promptly and resolution that suited me. Would buy again from this company! Only company that was able to get me a light that I was looking for. That says a lot how impressive Ozarke is.

I purchased a dimmer switch from Ozark and it is absolutely beautiful. The company was incredibly responsive to me, even reaching out to tell me personal ally it was on its way.

I recently purchased the Lotus Table Lamp in gold from Ozarké, and it’s even better in person. The design is modern but still feels warm and inviting — it fits beautifully into my living room and adds the perfect touch of light for cozy evenings. The build quality feels solid, the finish is stunning, and the glow is soft without being too dim. It’s quickly become one of my favorite decor pieces because it blends style and function effortlessly. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an elegant lamp that elevates their space.

Love the design of the Zen Floor Lamp. Although the lamp was slightly damaged in transit (still very usable) Ozarke offered a very acceptable solution with a gift card I'll be using for a future purchase.

I saw the lamp I ordered online. The actual lamp was exactly as described/visualized and I am thrilled with how it lights up the space it's in. Ordering online was simply and delivery was super fast. Zero complaints. :)

I first discovered Ozarke through an Instagram ad, and while not all Instagram ads are trustworthy, I decided to do some research. I was relieved to learn that Ozarke is a legitimate company based in Texas. The nightstand we ordered fully met our expectations—exactly as shown on their website. It’s sturdy, very well built, and looks great in our space. The setup was straightforward as well. What impressed us most was the fast shipping. Our order arrived in less than a week, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we’re delighted with the quality, service, and reliability. Highly recommend Ozarke!

I’m really impressed with my Ozarke lamp! The design is modern and sleek, and it fits perfectly with my décor. The quality is even better than I expected, sturdy, bright, and easy to set up. It gives my room a warm, stylish vibe and honestly looks way more expensive than it is. Shipping was fast, and the packaging protected everything well. I would definitely purchase from Ozarke again!

Update: Ozarke reached out to help and sent me another lamp incase mine was defective. So far I’m pleased with the replacement. While the wood has a less orange tone to it, the construction was annoying. I ended up having to drill the holes for the screws a little bit bigger. If they made the screws just a tad bit longer, that wouldn’t be needed. I’m happy with the lamp overall. Original: The lamp is a really cool design. I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately the color is nothing close to “natural”. It’s very orange. The lamp base is closer to natural. The construction of the lamp is really cheap. I couldn’t get the screw in one of the holes. The hole on the leg isn’t big enough for a screw. One of the holes was too deep and when screwing in the bolt, it came through the other side. Really disappointed!
