After seeing OYO all over my instagram, I finally took the plunge in a last ditch attempt of sorting my nether regions and getting some confidence back. The products arrived in beautiful packaging and clear to follow instructions. I went for the full kit - daily clean, exfoliating cream and glove , night time oil and hair removal cream. After a week I started seeing a NOTICEABLE difference, less in grown hairs and softer less angry skin… amazing. Unfortunately one evening when going to apply to nighttime oil, it dropped and smashed on the bathroom floor (devastated) - I sent OYO an Instagram message and not only did they respond (the team are so friendly!) they arranged for a replacement oil to be sent out and let me know that they’re currently looking into better bathroom friendly sustainable packaging. Could OYO be any better!? So my oil is on the way (the team even followed up to send a shipping link - why can’t all customer service be like this!?) and I will forever be a huge advocate for their fabulous brand and products. Thank you OYO!!

The customer service is out of this world! I had an email exchange with Hannah. I wasn't aware that I had signed up for a subscription, I just wanted to buy the products. Hannah helped me out right away and discontinued the subscription. Overall, products make your skin feel extremely soft and I feel confident!

Oyo was super helpful in getting my replacement shipment after I accidentally input the wrong address for my order!

I purchased the 3 step package and have started using it for the first time this week. I have already noticed the reduction in the redness and bumps which I am thrilled about. I hope this continues! Since coming off hormonal contraception I have struggled with hair growth, bumps and ingrowns and had all but given up on finding a solution after trying multiple different creams and solutions. I hope that this gives me the confidence back to join my friends at the spa or head to the beach in the summer! Whenever I’ve had a query upon using the products the team have been quick to respond and have been super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!!

Disappointed with the cream considering its price. I am used to waxing myself or shaving and the results of the removal cream removed the hair but it is SO spiky it sticks to the material of underwear and it is so uncomfortable, never felt anything like it. Caused irritation bumps on my bikini line which I have not had before even with shaving.
