I’m so happy with the ingrown hair exfoliation and final touch duo!!! Omg I’ve suffered with ingrown hairs for years and I’d just accepted I’d just have to feel insecure when it happens, I never imagined I’d find a product to prevent it. I saw this advertised on my Instagram and I had to try it and I’m so glad I did. This product doesn’t just work for razor bumps/ irritation but works to prevent swollen ingrown hairs that can be painful and embarrassing and can last for ages. Im so happy I haven’t had this issue since using this product. Initially I thought it was priced expensive, but I took the leap and so glad I did. Just do it!! I can’t put a price on how much more confident I feel now. You have no idea how grateful I am thank you so much for making this product you’re changing peoples lives xx

I’ve used a few of their products before, the final touch and the cleanser, and think they’re great. Unfortunately the removal cream didn’t work for me, but I emailed them and their customer service was great and they refunded the money straight away, so if you are unsure if it works for you or not then there’s no risk

I was a first time customer and had an issue with missing items in my order -- Hannah with OYO literally immediately sent out the missing items after I told her my situation and even wanted details about the situation so that they could make their team aware. I have not had a chance to use the products long enough to give a full view of how they are, but from the products that did arrive (Ingrown Out and Keep it Clean), they're really soothing, high quality, and leave no irritation. Like I said, I can't give a full review of all products yet since I'm new to them, but based on their customer service alone -- this is a company and brand that I'd highly recommend. Not only for their product quality and positive message for natural and healthy skincare for sensitive areas, but for how you can tell they deeply care about their products and customers! Will purchase again for sure.

Customer service was outstanding, especially with being as busy as they are. Helped me on my end with my package and relieved a lot of stress on my end! Kind and extremely friendly!!

Sadly, my parcel didn't make it home wa - but the team was lovely, helpful, & extremely understanding and accommodating! I can't wait to get my goodies as I've only heard incredible things. Massive thanks to the friendly team for responding so quickly and coming up w a solution!

Had an issue with one of the products arriving damaged in the box- possibly from the delivery process- and it had leaked. I contacted support and they sent a replacement out no questions asked and were very apologetic. Super good customer service and all the products are fab also :) xx

Oyo's skincare products and routine are fantastic! The moisturising properties of daily keep it clean butter cleanser leave my skin feeling very soft and luxurious, and the smell is amazing. The ingrowns out exfoliating cream has worked wonders for those stubborn pesky ingrown hairs after shaving or using the Bush be gone cream, which is very gentle on the skin unlike other hair removal products I have used before. The final touch oil I was initially skeptical about because I hate having any greasy residue left on my skin but this is fantastic and rubs in leaving no oily residue. For times after shaving or exfoliating the aloe spray is so soothing and cooling for down there too. The team at Oyo have been wonderful as well, I had an issue with the exfoliating glove where the stitching came apart on the handle and they replaced it for me straight away without even asking for this so that was a lovely surprise. Can highly recommend their products. Very satisfied customer :)

Really pleased with Oyo. I was a bit hesitant at first as I’ve tried many products for the bikini area and they have failed to live up to what they say. But with oyo I have noticed a great difference. My ingrown's and red bumps aren’t as bad or they’re gone. My bikini line is smooth and soft. No irritation with any of the products. I love how their skincare is natural and safe for my skin and it gets the job done. Thank you ladies x
