I’ve had the best experience with the customer service team at Oyo especially Andrea. I have a nut allergy and am always careful with beauty products. I contacted Oyo and asked if their products would be suitable for me. Andrea has been incredibly helpful and sent me the ingredient list for the products and some alternative options for the ones that include almond oil. I ordered a full kit including oils, cream and mitt and I’m so pleased with how soft my legs are without the pain of razor burn or strawberry legs from waxing. I’m definitely sold and will be using this for the foreseeable future, I’ve got really corse thick hair so needed to leave it for 8-9 minutes and it feels a bit weird but works a treat and no pain like with shaving or waxing and the balm is AMAZING for general moisture without being oily or sticky and it doesn’t burn on freshly done legs which is a godsend! Shipping was super quick and I definitely recommend giving their items a go even if you shave the aftercare and exfoliators are really good.
