Had an issue with my bottle and the team responded really quickly with ways to help and sent out a replacement within a day! The product has definitely made a decent difference to my ingrowns. Not as dramatic as the before and afters on the website but I like to think it’s helping! The customer service was fantastic, the pipette on my bottle of Final Touch broke, so I was hoping to just get a replacement for the pipette but Oyo sent out a full replacement product! That’s how to do customer service, thank you!!
