I have serious chemical burns on my bikini line. I wish I could leave no stars for the hair removal cream. I did as recommend and did a small patch test, it seemed okay so I proceeded to cover my pubis. I have chemical burns after only leaving the product on the for five minutes. It said you may feel some tingling but after the time I could not stand it any longer. I will be sticking to veet.

Customer service is excellent and solved my problem extremely fast. They shipped me a replacement product.

Saw these products advertised on Insta and took a punt… so glad I did! Just tried them for the first time and they were a dream. Worked really well, and most importantly no irritation at all. Really happy with my purchase!!

This stuff absolutely works. All of my hair is THICK too. I don’t feel like it gets down to the root like Nair did, but it’s also not gonna give you a chemical burn or ingrowns, so it’s worth the trade off. I wish that they sold the cream in a larger size, as I’ve been using it pretty frequently and it takes a sec to ship, but I have no qualms otherwise 🙂

After seeing amazing reviews on social media and the website, I purchased the product however, since that point it all went wrong. On the 06/04 purchased 48 hour tracked delivery, and after a week the item was never delivered or attempted to be delivered but returned to the warehouse. The customer service team offered to re send the product on normal delivery but when I chased over a week later having not received any tracking details, I was told the replacement hadn’t been processed or shipped. Two days after that, the replacement was processed but on standard delivery and then again, the item was held for a week, without any attempt at delivery and then sent back to the warehouse. I appreciate there is some onus on Royal Mail but I have never experienced this before, so there must be an issue with the packaging and labelling. After 3 weeks of delays, whilst they were very polite during the process, I wasn’t offered any compensation or discount from the customer service team or responsibility to ensure the order was received (forgetting to process etc.) For a premium product that cost £94, I would expect a much better experience. Will not be purchasing again.

I am amazed by the customer service OyoSkincare provided me! They were quick to respond both times I reached out to them, and sent me a replacement order right away.

Really great products have already noticed a difference within a couple of weeks. Customer service is also really helpful!
