I would have rated it five stars except for initial screening phone. In addition to language difficulty, the phone volume was soooo low. He kept trying to repeat and tried to increase the volume. It was on your end.

Aggressive sales, but it was definitely to my advantage to save money. Device was delivered as expected, on time, and was easy to set up. The devices are similar to what I rented thru my doctor, but very cost effective compared to renting. They made it very easy for me to buy rather than rent. Returning the rented device was easier than expected too! Recommend purchasing your device

Nick was very good at keeping me up to date on why the machine was delayed. It did take 4 months for the battery to arrive, that was disconcerting but understandable.

Mars Batton was incredibly helpful and conscientious. He helped walk me through every step of the way - returning a concentrator that wasn't going to work well for me, getting the refund processed (no hassle!) helping me pick out one that would work better, answering all my questions about the concentrator and all the rules that the FAA and airlines have about traveling with my concentrator. I could not have asked for a better experience.
