After Waiting 3 months, my extended life battery was finally delivered, And it works perfectly in my simply mini oxygen concentrator. Thanks.

In the past 8 to 10 dqys I have gotten help from two of your employes that has been the best two sessions that I have ever had. One solved a probem the other tyried very hard to solve a problem and ended up offering another solution. In both case your employes (nick and Michael) were very patient and pleasnt with an old man. Thank yoy.

Great and informative sales person. No pressure. Very helpful. Great experience:)

From my initial phone call, through 3 orders, 1 return, and 1 service call — the Oxygen Concentrator Store folks have been fantastic! Nick was thorough and patient explaining the options for my initial order; then he hustled so our boxes could get into the UPS pickup that night. Nick was again supportive and helpful when we wanted to exchange one product. Michael was knowledgeable and detail-oriented helping me learn what was causing an alarm light. I am more than 100% pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

I called and talk to Jake and he walked me thru my purchase and asked me important questions about my specific needs, before he sold me anything. A Top notch individual working with a top notch Company works just fine for me. Thank you all for all your help. God bless.

Brett was very helpful and professional

I knew what I wanted and you had it in stock .

While the generator itself is small....it kept swinging around my body and that was a nuisance, and the noise the unit made was distracting and gets the attention of people around me. I wish the battery lasted a bit longer too.
