On Sept.30 I paid for TWO units
After posting a concern about partial shipment my second concentrator came shortly after. The response time for everything, concerns info service is great still and I will remain a loyal customer.

Terrible
Terrible! Th machine DID NOT WORK UPON RECEIVING THE MESSAGE AND THE 2ND LADY I TALKED TO WAS SO RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I am in dire need of this machine. I feel like a prisoner in my own home because I have NO PORTABLE OXYGEN.

I don't know crap about your store but…
I don't know crap about your store but I do know Katey gave me great service on my concentrator. With the exception of a recorded answering she is the only person I talked to.
