Very friendly sales rep, Ben. Very quick delivery.

It was a pleasure dealing with your sales representative. I have received my oxygen concentrator and it is working great without any bells and whistles.

I ordered a DC power cord for my Inogen 5 because I could not find the original one. It came within several days and was very useful on my road trip. However, when using the unit in the car, the cord got very hot during the trip and could NOT charge the battery sufficiently while using it.

Very helpful and sent it out as a reorder for an accident. Appreciated the quick turn around!

I received the wrong part for my concentrator and called to exchange it and every one I spoke to was pleasant and corrected the problem without any difficulty and left me with a very positive impression of the people I worked with to resolve the problem, and follow-up to make sure the problem was solved. Thank you

These folks make it soooooooo easy. I called Luke, told him what we needed and our order arrived right away. A true pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service and discussion of various units and financing! Delivery was very quick. Love that little extra independence with mobile unit.
