Rick was very helpful & listened to my request, especially when I said I'd call when I was ready. He placed my order & I received the Concentrator on the date it was to be delivered. It was a very good buying experience. I like the Concentrator, it is very quiet which is great.

Purchased in November
Purchased in November, stopped working properly in December. It shut down when I was out to dinner, showed no charge. Thankfully I had charger in car. Asked for a copy of my receipt for the purchase, did not send.

Phone consultation was outstanding
Phone consultation was outstanding, eventually guiding me to the problem and offering a detailed explanation on how to fix it. The fix included sending me new columns, an event that was expeditiously handled.
