Deborah was extremely helpful when we decided to change our shipping speed to overnight. She called the carrier to have it changed. The educational content sent via email was very helpful

New home oxygen machine
How wonderful to have a new Home unit for my oxygen. Just plug it in and turn it on. I was using a portable unit and it started to go bad. So if you don't need a portable the home unit is less expensive.

I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying your new home unit for your oxygen! And it's great that it was an easy transition from using a portable unit to a stationary one. In some cases, a home unit can be a more cost-effective option for those who don't need to travel with their oxygen concentrator. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Bret is an amazing sales rep
Bret is an amazing sales rep. He was very attentive to my specific needs and finding the right machine for me. Helpful that he was in on Sunday and we could finalize the sale. Very easy to work with and very personable.

Excellent service
I have had excellent experiences with both the sales department when I bought my SimplyGo in 2021 and when it recently needed service. After I got it back from the authorized service company, I sent an email yesterday to OCS asking what I can do to avoid the problem in the future, and got a detailed answer this morning with a recommendation (i.e., I should run it 8-10 hours a month even when I'm not traveling) that is not in the User Manual provided by the manufacturer. I will have Alexa remind me!

It's great to hear that you have had excellent experiences with both the sales department and the service department at OCS. Providing helpful recommendations and advice to customers is an important part of good customer service, and it's great that you received a detailed answer to your question so quickly. It's always good to have reminders to maintain and care for equipment properly, so using Alexa to remind you to run the SimplyGo for 8-10 hours a month is a great idea! Thank you for sharing your positive experience.
