Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

My purchase experience was so easy. When I called to discuss the options, the rep was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He did not push me into buying any particular model. I received the concentrator in a very timely manner. The Innogen at home is awesome and worth the extra cost. It’s very compact and easy to lift and carry with the handle. Now we can move it from room to room if we want. It’s also very quiet and does not run hot like the giant older machines.

Every time I have ordered something from them it was what I wanted and came promptly. When I needed to talk to someone they've been pleasant and helpful.

My experience was great, On 03/02/2023 Ty Neate helped me tremendously with a couple of replacement part inquiries. He placed the order for the parts necessary to make repair to my portable oxygen concentrator. I received one of the parts on 03/07/2023. Sent an inquiry into delivery of second part. Kristina Maynard responded and advised that second part would be shipping on 03/18/2023 and apologized for delay. I appreciated their response to my responses. They helped me tremendously with my dilemma.

Very helpful, informative and did not waste our time. Matched a competitors price with a smile in his voice. Thank you so much!

The speed to get things done by David

Both units came fast. They’re both quiet and haven’t noticed any heat like the other past concentrators.

My Oxygen Concentrator fell in my pool. Of course, it stopped working. I called the store and they shipped me a refurbished one right away. They sent me a shipping label to where I could send the wet one. I also bought a small unit that wasn't so heavy to take with me to do a little yard work or just take a walk. Their response was great.
