OCS honored their 2019 sale and replaced part
In 2019 I purchased an Inogen G3. The transformer they sent with it was a G4. Because I only need oxygen when flying, and did not fly over the pandemic, I didn't realize what was wrong or why I could only charge my batteries with a separate battery charger until last week. I called and the rep figured out that I had the wrong transformer. Initially I was told I would have to pay for a G3 tranformer, but the manager honored the product and refunded my money when I objected.

Excellent help available
My daughter in law , who is a physician did most of the communications in the purchase of our portable oxygen equipment. I had several questions about the set up. The instructions were clear, but I needed assurance. I was very pleased with the help I was given.
