Got a real person on phone without a 15…
Got a real person on phone without a 15 minute wait, who seemed to have a very good knowledge of the systems in question. She was very efficient and courteous. Followed thru on any questions/issues by getting back to me by phone or e-mail in an unusually quick time frame.

The individual* I spoke with, and with whom I placed my order, was knowledgeable, courteous and processed my order expeditiously (shipped the same day), and ensured delivery was "on time." My Inogen G4 and all accessories were very well packed, and arrived in great shape. Did I mention that Oxygen Concentrator's price beat their competition by a wide margin? That is really important when you are on a fixed income. Lastly? It is a pleasure to say that my expectations were fully met. * J Hankins

Pleased about the experience.
Service was very fast and accurate. I went from giving the salesperson my requirements to this is when it ships. Salesperson also told me about a refurbished unit that was available now, I ended up buying that one and saved me some $. Overall experience was great!!

The Sales Rep
The Sales Rep - Colton Smith was very helpful. He explained how to use the concentrator even describing its limitations. He did not try to hard sell me, answering some of my questions even before I had a chance to ask them. I have used the concentrator a week now and I really like it. I especially appreciate that it is light and easy to lift. The claimed life of a battery charge is right on, no exaggeration.
