The sales person was great. He has heard all my questions. Only one thing I was looking for the 1.5 setting which was the prescription required by my father-in-law’s doctor when I received a machine I realized it doesn’t have a .5 setting only 12345 But the machine works great everything else excellent thank you very much

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're glad to hear that your salesperson was able to assist you with your questions and that the machine is working well. We apologize for any confusion regarding the settings on the machine. Please note that some machines may not have the exact settings prescribed by the doctor, but they are typically able to provide similar levels of oxygen flow. Thank you for choosing the Oxygen Concentrator Store.

Our advisor was great. He was very helpful in helping us decide which model to get and in getting the prescription so it could be shipped. It arrived yesterday and apart from a little assembly of the cart, was ready to use. My wife used it last night and what a difference from the bulky home unit provided to us by a different company. This one isn't silent, but compared to the other unit, close to it. I also had it connected through a smart outlet so I could see the power use. It is much, much, lower than the home unit. Since our electric rates are increasing, that means we will save money by using this unit. I am very happy with the transaction. Even if we can't get reimbursed by Medicare/Tricare for Life, my wife is worth the cost.
