Working with Rex (Sales) & Michael (Tech Service) for my G4
Working with both Rex for my initial NEW Inogen G4 package purchase & follow-up was good. Michael provided excellent service on the Easter holiday weekend and with the subsequent concentrator unit and then battery replacement(s) as well as follow-up communications and refund when the two were returned. Crossing my fingers that any future needs I might have with the G4 concentrator and battery that I kept will be handled in the same great fashion. If these two men are still on staff I'm confident I will be happy with the results. Thanks. Cheri Burge

The person who contacted me soon after…
The person who contacted me soon after I made inquiry on their website was wonderful. She answered all my questions and some I didn't think to ask. Delivery was fast and efficient...the next day! I'd still be waiting if I was dealing with the other companies I contacted.

I thought I wouldn’t be able to leave the house again
I had a great experience with the Oxygen Concentrator Store. I require a concentrator that provides 6 LPM or higher. My insurance and medical supplier said there was no portable machine that could provide more than 5LPM, it doesn’t exist. This meant I won’t even be able to get out of the house, not even to the doctor’s office. I called looking for a specific model I found online, and Todd showed great knowledge and advised of a different model that would fit my condition much better. I live overseas and the machine arrived in just 3 days. It has worked better than all the other concentrators I have used in the past. I might even be able to get on a plane!

Nick our fabulous sales person
Nick our fabulous sales person. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Great product. I got the G5 with extra battery, car charger. Love it. Then I had them sen me a room size concentrator that we leave in the main living area. So well worth it. Inogen is the gold standard. 5 stars!!
