David Murphy was very helpful
David Murphy was very helpful. We were in a hurry and he answered all our questions, did not waste our time and followed up after we purchased the concentrator. I feel like David would back us completely if we have a problem in the future.

return mailing label…
you were going to send a return item mail form. We never received it. It's extremely important. The cell that was sent does not fit my G5. We need to return this incorrect one, and desperately need the correct size. Ed is very limited as to where he can travel. Even Drs appointments are difficult to keep. He runs out of air. Please mail that return label immediately

Great Experience - Would Definitely Recommend Them!
Great experience - wonderfull staff!! Salesperson addressed all our concerns regarding any future possible needs for repairs, etc.) of the oxy concentrator. The unit arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and ready to go. In our case we purchased the unit rather than rely on Medicare paying a monthly rental for it. We had problems in the past with a local oxy supply company charging Medicare for more oxy bottles after we took all the initial 90 day supply back to them. They never delived more oxygen - we no longer required the oxygen. (Feel free to not share the last bit about the local oxy supply company - am just venting...)

I felt originally that the price was…
I felt originally that the price was too high for my car charger. The person I talked to on the phone quoted me a price of $60. When I paid with my PayPal and got the invoice the bill was $75. I don't like surprises. The customer service agent on the phone should have told me there was a $15 shipping and handling charge which he did not. I was not particularly happy
