Lady on the phone was very rude to me
Lady on the phone was very rude to me! She kept trying say talking points, that did not apply to my problem! And when I pointed it out she just became more rude! Also, when I help out my mother buy this machine (which she needs greatly) no one mention anything. That there is a part which is not under warrantee, and needs to be replaced yearly! I find leaving that information out is highly frustrating! And it should be addressed during the purchase of siad machine! I think the machine is awesome, when it is working correctly! Your company not so much,
