Your inside telephone agent/s need training to improve awareness about the suite of products you offer. Also, during the years I've done business with APRIA, your organization (Top-to-bottom) has never met a 'Promised Delivery Date'. As read this critique, please note I placed an order, nearly a week ago, for a face mask. You promised Overnite Shipment - It took several days. It's clear you know you have customers like me over a barrel due to your Contractual relationship w/my health care provider - so, I don't anticipate my feedback will motivate APRIA to improve their business module. However, I will say this to your Executive and/or your management team, "You should be ashamed to you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Oxygen Concentrator Store Review
With the change of the world since the conception of Covid-19, OCS has been trying to be helpful. They have been kind and seem to be informative on the products they sell. The service I received is not above and beyond what should be common practice. I gave 4 stars because I did not receive crappy service which seems to be the norm. OCS employees seem to want to know their products they're selling. I felt I was valued as a customer.
