The sales person I work with was very friendly appeared very knowledgeable about your product, and stayed with me util I could make up my mind. I told her I needed another day or so, and she said she would call me back on a specific day. And, she did call me and I purchased the portable Oxygen tank.

store is great, service is top notice. shipping cost on small items is to high
i ordered 2 filters- one for the companion 5 and on3e for the eclipse 5--total was 15 dollars--but shipping cost for these 2 lightweight items was 27. I feel that is ridiculously high for two items sent in a flat bubble envolope. Oher than that I hae no complaints.

Amazing people. Called with a question on the new unit ordered and questions were answered quickly. Was able to order what was needed and didn’t have to go through hoops. They know exactly what we need.
