Very helpful on initial order and expedited the 2nd shipment when I switched from the Caire to the Inogen One 5 machine. Very satisfied with the Inogen.

My experience was somewhat unusual
My experience was somewhat unusual. As I had recently been prescribed supplemental oxygen supply, and was planning air travel it was necessary to a) do something quickly and b) be certain of the results of decisions made regarding a "significant" purchase. The staff at Oxygen Concentrator Store handled my situation with exceptional skill. My thanks to all of the involved employees and staff.

We got all our questions answered by…Luke Corrick
We got all our questions answered by Luke Corrick and took a day to talk over all our options. Luke was wonderful; informative and intuitive. He didn't even know our names or contact info and gave us the space we needed to make such a big decision. Our health provider had been very insistent on getting us signed up for oxygen cannister deliveries with their affiliate company's concentrator units. But, we absolutely did not want to be tied to a stand-alone that logs, monitors and reports info to the health provider (we are very capable of using a finger-oximeter and updating them ourselves!). Now we have an Eclipse 5 and use it for both stand-alone day/night needs, as well as trips outside (whether just getting mail from the box, or going on a 3-hour ride in the car}. It's a powerful game changer and gives us control over how and where oxygen is reliably available. We love the Eclipse 5!

Jake was the contact I worked with
Jake was the contact I worked with. He wasn't pushy and was a good listener. I told him of an oxygen concentrator that I had previously owned and all the things that were wrong with. He had answers for the product that would be right for me. He was never in a hurry and heard me out. I will continue to go with him if and when I have any questions.
