I feel wronged by this company as they had the right fit only suggested it after a 50% restocking fee later.
I feel wronged by this company in the sense that I was initially sold the Caire Freestyle 02 concentrator it has a "promotion" with 2 large batteries. I ws excited about the purchase however, I realized I was not adjusting to the weight of the unit. Icalled the Oxygen Store. They offered to exchange one of larger batteries for two smaller ones. I trusted that they may know what theyre suggesting...so I agreed. weeks later my body is in soo much pain even my feet is so much discomfort I called back but by this time its after 30 days and now they offer as a favor to me an exchange to a refurbished Inogen 5 with a cart. The catch is the restocking fee for the Caire Freestyle is 50%. That is a lot of money for someone scrambling to purchase breathing and other meds. I am left wondering why didn't they offer this much better fit to begin with. It is so much lighter and much less costly....but now I owe so much more money than when I first started this whole process.The salesperson sounded pleasant and I thught he was really helping I could hardly speak on the phone Im a chronic cougher and talking is such an effort. I feel scammed.
