The person who answered my call was very receptive and sincerely wanted to help me! Answered all my questions and explained anything I didn’t understand! He was very pleasant and very patient with me! It was such a pleasant experience with a very happy solution at the end!

We corresponded with Deborah who was very helpful and patient with us. She was very knowledgeable of the equipment. She corresponded with us frequently Ann sent us paperwork showing what our machine was going to cost. Later we decided to go ahead and purchase it and received it promptly.
