Very helpful and the battery worship…
Very helpful and the battery worship downtime. Turn my parents flight. I would like to speak to someone at a later date, because the way the insurance company goes is that something is wrong with your device and they take it in for service. You don’t get the same way back because of this we have purchased two batteries from your company. Hence why I have purchased refurbished here as a thing now when I return from the trip, this device is going to get taken back to the insurance company as it is not working correctly and they stated they cannot guarantee the same device. So now we need to buy a third battery. I was not sure if we can swap one back and pay additional for another one that matches the third device when they get home I will reach back out to you. Thank you once again I know I mentioned it above but the rapper handle us was awesome, helpful, efficient and expedited the battery.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I wasn’t sure what or how to order as this is my first time I called in my call Luis answered expeditiously. The customer service representative had an expert knowledge and was able to assist without any issues. I was promised delivery in three days and the unit was delivered in three days. Highly recommend this company no strong arm sales tactics.

The transaction was quick and easy
The transaction was quick and easy. I called. He quoted me the price. I said buy it. He told me the credit card they had on my account. I said change it. I gave him the new number. He said it's done. I received an email with all the details. I received the battery when I expected it. I charged it. It works great! It can't get any better than that! Thanks for your great customer service.
