You were paid for the battery so you should refund the money. The packing slip says Cash sales. It also says Amazon in parenthesis It says Web orders, which was one of your options when I ordered the battery. So I don’t see a problem, but apparently you do.

Service was good. Disappointed regarding your response regarding Medicare coverage. Very disappointed that you do not have Medicare coverage. Your salesman when asked about it they said “NO” and dropped the subject. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Mine was an on line purchase. I paid $354 for a “simple” small battery for my Imogene 5 not knowing that the price I paid was for the small battery! I didn’t see an option or price for a larger size batter. I’m feeling scammed & feeling I paid too much.
